Why, you may ask, am I posting April’s #bookishcoven challenge on the last day of March? Well, Dear Reader, that’s because time has no meaning anymore, and so I now do what I want. Although I’ll try to do better next month (that will be over a month of shelter in place, so we’ll see how it goes).

This month, the coven decided to honor one of the best shows of all time: Schitt’s Creek. This show is so funny and sweet, and it truly holds a very special place in our hearts. This is absolutely the best time to watch this show, so get on the binge-wagon and then go around quoting it until everyone is sick of you.

March is FINALLY nearly over. This month has lasted a freaking year. Seriously, how is it just now the last day of March. I don’t know what’s happening, but time had gone all timey whimey wibbly wobbly lately.

Ok, time for the wrap up! This month, for the first time ever, every book I read was 5 stars. Every. Single. Book. Each book was totally unique and utterly perfect. It’s like the universe knew I needed some good this month, and so brought me these freaking gems:

•Harrow the Ninth 🌟🌟🌟🌟...it’s Harrow, and it’s perfection. The wait for book three is going to be agony.
•Ruthless Gods 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟...my expectations for this book we’re super high, and it’s somehow even better than my highest of hopes.
•The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟...this is my first Grady Hendrix, and I will now be voraciously reading everything he’s written. This book touched a special place in my heart.
•Artificial Condition🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Murderbot is life.

I just got done with my very first online meeting with my professor, and I have to say, online meetings are lame. It’s awkward, the audio isn’t great, and everything is more difficult to convey. 0/5 stars, would not recommend. Luckily my professor was pretty great about everything, so my mind is definitely more at ease now.

Today’s #bookishcoven prompt is Gold Dust Woman (inspired by a truly excellent song by the original gold dust woman, Queen Stevie Nicks), so here is a stack of gold books. I know, I know, my creativity astounds even myself.

I also wanted to give a shoutout to the gold dust Queen helping to keep me sane right now: Ms RuPaul Charles. It may seem unconventional, but @rupaulofficial and her show (@rupaulsdragrace ) are my happy place right now. Love, perseverance, and being a bad b!tch are what drag queens are all about, and I’m trying to channel all of their beautiful strength.
